Gas Mileage Log
Keeping an eye
on your cars fuel economy is informative and can save you money by
signaling when there may be problems with your vehicle. If your economy
readings drop suddenly it may be time for a tune-up or other repairs.
You will also see how adjustments to tire pressures, taking junk out of
the trunk, or engine modifications affect your gas mileage.
When you gas up your car, record the odometer reading, the amount of
gas used, and the cost. The Home Suite mileage tracker will
automatically locate your last odometer reading, compute the distance
you have traveled, and calculate the MPG (miles per gallon) or km/l
(kilometers per liter). The gas mileage summary will display your
highest and lowest economy readings, as well as the average over the
last three months.
